1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking services with Pinnacle Auto Spa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the owner to request detailing services.

2 Services Description

Pinnacle Auto Spa provides mobile auto detailing services in the Trinity, NC area, including Randolph, Guilford, and Davidson Counties. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Standard and Premium exterior wash and wax packages
  • Interior cleaning and detailing
  • Paint correction and enhancement
  • Ceramic coating application
  • Additional add-on services as listed on our website

Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3 Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking system 24/7 or by contacting us directly. A confirmed appointment constitutes a binding agreement for services.

Cancellations: We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows: If we arrive at your scheduled location and are unable to perform the service due to circumstances within your control (vehicle not available, no access, etc.), a no-show fee may apply.

Weather: In the event of inclement weather that prevents safe service delivery, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.

4 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App
  • Cash or Check

Prices are as quoted on our website or in your appointment confirmation. Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair removal, or other conditions that require extra time and materials. We will communicate any additional charges before proceeding with the work.

5 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide the best service, customers are responsible for:

  • Vehicle Access: Ensuring the vehicle is accessible and unlocked (or keys are provided) at the scheduled time
  • Work Space: Providing adequate space around the vehicle to perform services safely
  • Personal Items: Removing all personal belongings, valuables, and child car seats from the vehicle before service
  • Disclosure: Informing us of any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or special concerns about your vehicle

Important: For safety and liability reasons, our technicians do not reinstall child car seats. Please plan accordingly.

6 Limitation of Liability

Pinnacle Auto Spa takes great care in servicing your vehicle. However, please note:

  • Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, paint defects, loose trim, or mechanical issues
  • Clear Coat Failure: Detailing may reveal underlying paint or clear coat issues that were not visible before service
  • Personal Items: We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle
  • Results: While we strive for excellence, some stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry liability insurance for our operations.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Pinnacle Auto Spa and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Photos & Testimonials: By using our services, you grant Pinnacle Auto Spa permission to photograph your vehicle (before and after) and use these images for marketing purposes on our website and social media, unless you specifically request otherwise at the time of service.

8 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Randolph County, North Carolina.
